We process account details, organization and employee records, financial workflow data, uploaded files, support messages, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Information is used to provide requested features, authenticate users, enforce workspace permissions, deliver service messages, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Workspace information is available only according to configured roles and permissions. We use service providers where needed to host, secure, and deliver MeezFlow, and do not sell personal information.

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legitimate operational or legal requirements, and maintain security records. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
